Tonmind SIP-T30 Network I/O Relay Module Solution Smart Integration for Security, Audio & Automation Systems 1. Challenges & Problems In modern security, monitoring, and building automation systems, users often face a common headache: many different alarm devices and equipment work separately, and cannot be managed in one unified system. Emergency buttons, temperature detectors, gas sensors, CCTV cameras, speakers, and access control devices are isolated from each other. It is difficult to collect all alarm status centrally, and hard to make these devices cooperate automatically. As a result, event detection is delayed, and emergency response is slow. Users need an all-in-one device to connect, unify, control, and manage all this equipment easily. 2. Product Introduction The Tonmind Network I/O Relay Module SIP-T30 is a powerful and integrated network controller designed to solve these problems. It combines signal input, remote control, audio intercom, broadcasting, and network communication into one stable unit. ● It provides 16 GPIO input ports to receive signals from emergency buttons, temperature sensors, gas detectors, and other alarm devices. ● It provides 8 relay output ports to send remote control commands to drive alarms, door locks, parking barriers, lights, and other equipment. ● It supports MIC input, Headset output, and Speaker output for real-time voice broadcast and two-way intercom. ● It has a DC Output port that can directly supply power to small external sensors and modules. ● It supports both PoE and DC 12V power input for flexible and easy installation. The SIP-T30 supports rich network protocols: SIP, ONVIF, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4, TLS, RTSP, RTP, RTCP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, TCP, UDP, IGMP, ICMP, ARP. ● SIP protocol allows the module to connect with SIP servers and IP PBX systems. Alarms and events can be sent to the server, and IP phones can send control commands or make live broadcast calls through the T30. ● ONVIF protocol makes the module fully compatible with CCTV systems. It connects alarm devices, IP cameras, VMS, and NVR together, so users can check device status, send control instructions, and respond to events in one unified platform. ● All configurations can be set easily through a user-friendly web management interface. 3. Typical Application Scenarios Application Scenario 1 – Emergency Alarm Integration An emergency button can be connected to the GPIO Input of the SIP-T30 through a wired connection. Once the button is pressed, the T30 sends the alarm event through the network to the VMS or CCTV monitoring system using the ONVIF protocol. This allows operators in the monitoring center to receive alarm notifications immediately and quickly check related camera feeds for faster emergency response. Workflow: Emergency Button → GPIO Input → SIP-T30 → Network → VMS / CCTV System Application Scenario 2 – Video Analytics Trigger Security Alarm An IP camera can detect emergency events such as a person falling, dangerous beha...
