Why can't the IP Speaker play the uploaded MP3 file?
Please upgrade the IP Speaker firmware to V3.3.x lastest version first, and try to play
the built-in "bell1". If it still can't play, please send us the mp3 file.
How can I get technical support?

What kind of IP speaker do you have?
- SIP horn speaker, SIP ceiling speaker, SIP wall speaker.
What's your leading time?
- For sample order it takes about 1 to 2 week. For mass order, the leading time is about 1 month.
How to restore when you forget Tonmind IP Speaker web login details?
1. Download Tonmind IPTool (https://www.tonmind.com/uploadfile/downloads/IPToolCS20.zip)
2. Startup IPTool, scan the speaker, press System>Restore. (No need to enter account and password)
3. After restored successfully, the device web login account will resume to Account: admin, Password: tm1234
Do Tonmind products support SIP, ONVIF?
- Yes, all of Tonmind IP Speakers support SIP, ONVIF.
